“Cuts across every culture and religion. [Nodi’s work] talks to one’s innermost soul... The information, knowledge and wisdom I received in the training surpass everything I learned before.”
Vision
After applying the 5 strategies of the Virtues ProjectTM in his classroom and then offering workshops for educators, parents and coporate staff, Nigel (Nodi) Ipp’s vision and mission was further stoked by Bishop Desmond Tutu’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission. He understood this effort to heal the deep wounds of the nation after the end of Apartheid was an example of fierce peacefulness in the early days of Democracy. Nodi is calling for the reawakening of the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation as a support and guide for humanity. His purpose is to explore ‘goodness’, awakening the gifts of character through ethical conversation which explores restorative practises, considered choice, values and virtues. He nurtures and evolves individual potential, while advocating for rights and social freedoms. Nodi invitates you to empower yourself through understanding the context of your life. He explores your evolving Self through conversations that awaken responsibility, authenticity and autonomy.
Practise
By nurturing growth of character Nodi facilitates effective change. He enhances the honesty and freedom within relationships and builds high trust communication, ethical leadership and cooperative teams. Nodi’s ethical conversation with couples and individuals creates a client-friend relationship of high trust through organic disentanglement. His group workshops awaken tools in a safe space which facilitates the ‘evolution of Self’. The emphasis is on interconnectedness, multiple self esteems and intelligences. The conversation develops an agility of mind and heart, steering one’s vehicle on the mysterious river of our Life. We seek to awaken and acknowledge the unique personal journey of Self through a range of understandings around identity, personal strengths and individual challenges. In the exploration of ethics, values and virtues, purpose and meaning and the effects of language in communication, familiarity and practise leads to mastery with the potential of a paradigm shift.

“The Virtues Project Facilitation Course was such a powerful intervention that my inner landscape literally transformed into Spring, and it feels as if it is ablaze with carpets of wild flowers akin to those that adorn the Namaqualand terrain.
While the Course materials themselves are profound, the care with which [Nodi] prepared and delivered them ensured that each session was a meaningful, thought provoking and heart-stirring experience; and [Nodi’s] facilitation skills ensured that we were always in a safe, interesting, dynamic, useful and explorative space.”
